Showcasing local harvest and seasonal ingredients, Chef Bill’s Summerlicious menu features a variety of dishes for your choosing, from Truffled Mushroom Salad and Summer Squash Spaghetti, to Beef Tri-Tip Steak and Pan-Roasted Sea Bass. Last (but certainly not least), round out your summertime feast with Chocolate Cake, a French Custard Tart or Niagara Peach Clafoutis!
