On Saturday, June 27, Biff’s will be kicking off our summer season, hosting the second edition of Biff’s 2026 Wine Dinner Series.
Join us from 4 to 9pm for a five-course dining experience crafted by Chef Trenton Pajuluoma; designed to capture the warmth, charm, and sophistication of Provence and the Southern Rhône. Four wine pairings will be featured, tasting our way through crisp, fruit-forward rosés to a robust, bold red; highlighting the region’s wines shaped by sun-drenched vineyards, coastal influence, and centuries of winemaking tradition.
We are joined throughout the evening by Wine Director Billy Woon, sharing stories of the region’s winemaking culture and distinctive styles, offering guests the opportunity to deepen their appreciation of Southern French wines.
Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply excited to join us on the patio for a summer evening, this evening promises an unforgettable celebration of wine, exquisite food, and great company.
