Spring has arrived at Biff’s Bistro — and with it, a new selection of seasonal features that celebrate the vibrant flavours of the season. Available during dinner from April 17 through May 10, our Spring Features offer a fresh take on classic French fare.
Enjoy a light and elegant start with our Plateau de Fruits de Mer, a bistro-style seafood platter with oysters, shrimp cocktail, crab dip, scallop crudo, and more. Dig into the Lamb Duo, featuring tender lamb saddle and braised shoulder served with roasted carrots, spiced yogurt, and pistachio crumble. Or try the Fig and Caramelized Onion Tart — a golden puff pastry topped with greens, balsamic glaze, and ricotta salata.
Cap it all off with our classic Carrot Cake, layered with cream cheese icing, cognac-soaked raisins, and walnuts.
