An Evening of Champagne at Biff’s

On Sunday, April 26, we will be hosting the inaugural Biff’s Wine Dinner Series. To begin, we are celebrating Champagne with a five‑course tasting menu paired with four different Champagnes (3oz each) from revered houses and notable grower‑producers across the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and beyond. Optional tasting notes will be provided for guests who wish to explore the wines in greater depth.

Join us from 5:30 to 8:00pm for a dining experience crafted by Chef Trenton Pajuluoma, designed to highlight the elegance, character, and diversity of Champagne. Four Champagne pairings will be featured throughout the savoury courses. Throughout the evening, Wine Director Billy Woon will be on hand to offer expertise, share stories, and provide guidance, giving guests the chance to deepen their appreciation of Champagne.

Whether you’re a seasoned Champagne lover or simply curious to explore, this evening promises an unforgettable celebration of sparkling wine, exquisite food, and great company.
