Join Us for Thanksgiving Dinner at Biff’s Bistro
Bring friends and family together this Thanksgiving for a French-inspired feast full of flavour. From Friday, October 9 to Monday, October 12, enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner for $65 per person.
Start with your choice of butternut squash soup with ricotta salata, chives and rosemary focaccia, or a savoury pear salad with blue cheese, mixed greens, maple vinaigrette and walnut crumble.
For the main course, savour traditional roast turkey with roasted potatoes, brioche stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Finish with pumpkin Basque cheesecake topped with salted caramel and toasted pecans.
Complete your feast with our festive Orchard Reverie cocktail, featuring Calvados Boulard Pays d’Auge Brandy, Dolin Vermouth, pear juice and honey.
